Chris Hicks
(Baltimore) - Writer, No Gods...
People throw around names like Hemingway, Nostradamus, Steinbeck and Michener when talking about great writers and now another writer’s name can assuredly be excluded from that list--Chris Hicks! When he’s not writing light-hearted tales about Nicaraguan zombies or God’s existence, Chris plays the bass for the ultra-heavy Maryland-based metal band Audio Terror Regime (www.audioterrorregime.com). Chris is currently working on new material with the band and is also finishing up work on several new comic book stories. Artists interested in collaborating on projects should contact Chris at kisspgap@gmail.com. And yes--Wes’ art kicks ass! So you gotta be that good!

Matt Slay
(Virginia) - colorist, The fugue state. Matt was initially designed during the Cold War to be a being of pure instinct; the kind of weapon that could be deployed, used, disposed of and forgotten. The project was quickly shut down by Capitol Hill’s prying eyes when a scheduled assassination was botched as a result of Matt’s improvisational nerve centers malfunctioning and the attempt on *CLASSIFIFED* State Official’s life being made with a handful of potato salad instead of the pre-determined place setting. An embarrassed, yet undeterred CIA went back to the drawing board. The day before re-testing was to begin, Matt was found in his restraining tank reading a “comic book” and when interrogated as to its origin, Matt replied: “I like the pretty pictures.”He escaped government holding using only a paint brush and a tube of Windsor Newton Alizarin Crimson. He now paints on the run and for the highest bidder he can be contacted at: Car2niss@yahoo.com Or http://spaciousinterior.deviantart.com/ …unless you’re with the Government. If you’re with the Government, don’t contact him. He’s tired of your shenanigans. |
